Community Sports Development
The SFL All Black Football Club (SFL All Black FC) has been at the heart of our community sports development program for the past ten years. Our club has consistently provided opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to practice, play, and learn the beautiful game under the guidance of professional coaches.
Community Impact
For many young athletes, SFL All Black FC has served as the foundation for their professional football careers, offering a pathway filled with opportunities and growth. Our commitment to fostering talent and community spirit has remained unwavering.
SFL All Black FC New Model
Drawing from our experiences over the past years, we are excited to announce the development and implementation of the SFL New Model for our football program. This new model aims to meet the evolving needs of young people and create a significant life impact.
New Model Key Programs:
Designed to be inclusive and accessible, this program will encourage participation from all community members, fostering an environment of teamwork and sportsmanship.
2. SFL All Black FC Academy Football Program
Aimed at nurturing talented young players, this program will provide advanced training, mentorship, and pathways to professional opportunities in football.

Where to find our weekly Community Football Training Program?
Weekly from Monday to Sunday, we are offering more than 8 Football Training sessions and Football League opportunities to the children and youths in different parts of Hong Kong:

Reshape Leadership
Our Reshape & Community program is designed to empower individuals and foster a sense of community belonging. Through a range of initiatives and activities, we aim to promote personal growth, cultural understanding, and social connection.

Theory Training Part: June to November 2023
- Friendly Neighbourhood, Supported by Sports Chaplaincy HK
- Peacemakers Coaching Course, Supported by Peace and Sports France

Practical Training Part: December 2023 to May 2024
Educate: Our Youth Leaders and Community Ambassadors will visit schools, and universities for a Social and Community Awareness
Campaign Program - How to build a more inclusive society?
Program: Live Education - Workshop & Seminars - Multicultural and Fun Sport Event.
Empower: The school and university students will be given the opportunity to initiate and develop ways to provide sustainable support through fundraising and donations that will help Sports For Life NGO carry on its vision and mission in Hong Kong and Worldwide.
Engage: We also give schools and organizations the opportunity to volunteer for our community services and as a sports team to represent their institution in the D.E.I. Cup (December 2023) and at the IDSDP- International Day of Sport for Development and Peace - Peace and Sports Multicultural Football Tournament (1st April 2024) on April 1st 2024.

Our Community Sports Outreach program is built on the foundation of three key pillars (3Es): Educate, Empower, and Engage. Through a range of initiatives, we aim to bridge communities together, foster empowerment, and encourage active participation

3E - ACTIONS : EDUCATE - EMPOWER - ENGAGE
Educate: Our Youth Leaders and Community Ambassadors will visit schools, universities, and Churches for a community outreach program through Live Education, workshops & Seminars, and Multicultural and Fun Sports Events to bridge communities together.
Empower: The school and university students will be given the opportunity to initiate and develop ways to provide sustainable support through fundraising and donations that will help Sports For Life NGO carry on its vision and mission in Hong Kong and Worldwide.

In partnership with Manna Ministry to service elderly
We have been developing good partnership with Manna Ministry to service Elders in North Point We had the first serving day on April 4th and the second community service is schedule for June 10th. We are looking forward to reach out to our elders and be a blessing for them.










Through the development of our 3E-ACTIONS, Educate-Empower-Engage Project with local schools, universities, churches and other NGOs we are looking forward to see more of our youths taking leadership into our local and international community services. We looking t also see volunteers joining us to serve and meet the needs of people in need in Hong Kong poor communities in the World.
